Please understand that I (Mark Imperial) usually do not personally take or return calls from prospects to explain my programs or answer questions for three reasons... 

1. I don’t have the time. I (quite literally) get hundreds of people visiting my web sites and cannot respond to them all.  I reserve my time for paying clients and to create and test the marketing strategies that I share with my members each month. Some programs include monthly access, which is the best way to stay plugged in. 

2. Most people use this as an opportunity to pick my brain for free marketing advice. I do not dispense free advice because it’s not a good value for the recipient and it’s not a good return for my time. And finally…

BEST MEANS TO CONTACT US:  Submit a question ticket on our Help Desk system.  We no longer accept email because it is unreliable and we cannot tell if you get our replies or not. With our Help Desk, you can always check the status of your question. Because the Help Desk is efficient, we check this more frequently than voice mail.
